Yesterday we talked about fertilizing trees. Today, I'd like to address fertilizing evergreens in our garden. Just as trees in our lawn need their own fertilizer, evergreens can also have roots which go go deep into the soil which is where you need to place their nutrients. A few days ago I wrote about the first fertilizing of our lawn this year. Don't forget to  fertilize your shrubs, bushes, evergreens and trees as well ... but with their own food. Garden Makeover – Part 24 – Weeping Caragana and Sedum

In Part 23, we finished planting the Fireglow Japanese Maple and pair of Sedum perennials in the front of the left side of the garden in the front of our house.
