It has been a while since we last had a contest on DailyHomeRenoTips.com, hasn’t it?

I hope you are enjoying these contests as much as we are providing them to you.

First, what are the prizes?

This time there are three prizes.

And, this time, the prizes are all the same. So, we have for our fall context three first place prizes.

The very nice people at DAP are providing us with three DAP energy savings packages to award; just in time for the fall season when one starts to think about sealing up the house to reduce home heating costs during the winter.

I am told by Amy M. who contacted me, that each DAP energy savings package contains not one but two of the following:

According to Amy M., each DAP energy savings package retails in the neighbourhood of $90.

What I also like about these prizes is that some of the items are indeed energy conservation related while other items are for home maintenance activities.

These are really useful giveaways for pretty much any household.

So, what are the specifics of the contest? What do you have to do for a chance to win one of the three DAP energy savings packages for yourself?

Here are the contest rules:

• Contest starts 12:01 am ET Sunday September 13, 2009 and ends 11:59 pm ET Saturday October 11, 2009 (4 weeks) 
• You can enter once per day. By ‘once per day’, we mean ‘once per day’. And, by ‘you’, we mean one email address.
• SPAM or other type of non-valid entries will be disqualified by us at our sole discretion.
• The winner will be contacted by email at the end of the context.
• If a winner does not reply within 48 hours of the time the notification email is sent, then they will automatically forfeit their prize and another winner will be contacted in their place.
• Contest giveaway is open to residents of Canada or the United States
• By entering our contest, entrants agree for their first and last name, as well as their City and State or Province of residency to be published by us in articles about the contest and its winners.
• Additionally, the winners will need to provide their mailing address (again, in the United States or Canada) to a Amy M., the representative of DAP, so she can mail out the DAP energy savings package mailed out to them.
