Replacement Front Door - Update

Good News! Today, April 11, 2008, we received word that the door manufacturer and the retailer have agreed to not only redo the installation but also to provide a new front door (rather than simply removing the current door and re-installing it). We are VERY appreciative of this situation.

Another Update - Friday June 13th Today the replacement door for the initial replacement door was installed. It is a much better door and much improved installation. We will be writing several articles (with pictures over the coming days and weeks ahead comparing the first to this second installation to help you become aware for what to be on the look out for should you decide to have your front door installed on your home. We will even talk about the post-installation customer care we received after this second installation.
