Sounds like an episode out of a Flash Gordon movie series, doesn’t it? Suena como un episodio de una película Flash Gordon serie, ¿no? Perhaps I should say ‘Houston, we have a problem’? Tal vez debería decir 'Houston, tenemos un problema'?

OK, OK, it’s not life threatening for three courageous astronauts. OK, OK, es no poner en peligro la vida de tres valientes astronautas. But, oh, our beautiful back yard! Pero, oh, nuestro precioso patio trasero!

This is the first spring in our current home. Esta es la primera en la primavera de nuestro actual hogar. We moved in last summer. Nos movimos en el verano pasado. Last year we had two situations before we installed the chain link fence (to enclose the back yard for our dog) where parts of the grass was dug up. John, my father in-law said that it must be moles. Juan, mi padre en ley dice que debe ser moles. We had never heard about it. Nunca habíamos oído hablar de él. I imagine moles to have been like gophers which make holes in the ground. Me imagino a los lunares han sido como gophers que hacer agujeros en el suelo. There were no holes. No hubo agujeros.

However, sure enough. Sin embargo, lo suficientemente seguro. I went to a store near us and then confirmed that it was likely moles. A customer over heard me talking to the sales lady said that he had heard that mole problems were worse this year than in many past years. The sales lady (as did Cath) said that the moles were likely looking and finding chinch bugs. July is when the lawn care people can use their application to kill the chinch bugs larvae. There was a few products which were power like substances which would discourage moles. Hubo un reducido número de productos que se potencia al igual que las sustancias que desalentaría los lunares. Then I came across a product I had never come across previously (likely because I had never encountered a mole problem before). Entonces me encontré con un producto nunca había encontrado anteriormente (probablemente porque yo nunca había encontrado un lunar problema antes).
