I am usually the last family member to go to bed at night. انا عادة آخر من افراد الاسرة قبل ان اغفو في الليل. When I am not writing about our renovation experiences here on DHRT, I tend to watch comedies or action movies, both of which can be loud. عندما انا لا تجديد الكتابة عن التجارب ونحن هنا على dhrt ، فانني أميل الى العمل او مشاهدة افلام الكوميديا ، وكلا الأمرين يمكن أن تكون بصوت عال. Well, with hardwood floors the sound tends to travel. ايضا ، مع الأرضيات الصلبه السليمه تميل الى السفر.

So, recently we purchased a 6 foot by 10 foot rug for the family room as shown in the picture below. بذلك ، ونحن في الاونة الاخيرة اشترت 6 مشيا على الاقدام من جانب 10 البساط لغرفة الأسرة كما هو مبين في الصورة ادناه.

Aesthetically, this looks very nice as it matches the colour of the painted brick fireplace and is complementary to the room’s overall colour scheme. جماليا ، وهذا يبدو لطيف جدا لأنها تتفق مع الاتجاه الى اللون رسمت لبنة من الموقد ومكمله لغرفة الشامله الوانه. Do you see it? هل ترى؟ Only one of the end table’s four legs is actually on top of the rug. واحد فقط من نهاية الجدول الاربعة هو في الواقع على الساقين اعلى من البساط. The other three are on the hardwood flooring. الثلاثة الاخرى على الارضيه الصلبه. Of course, this now causes the top of the  end table to be uneven or ’tipsy’. وبطبيعة الحال ، ان هذه الاسباب اعلى نهاية الجدول الى ان تكون غير متساويه او 'منتشي'.

So, Cath suggested “Why don’t you just put another one or two of the felt protector pads underneath the three legs that are not on the rug”. بذلك ، واقترح قطة "لماذا لا مجرد وضع آخر واحد او اثنين من رأي حامي منصات تحت الأرجل الثلاثة التي لا توجد على البساط". What a great idea! ما هي فكرة عظيمة! It is a very simple solution. ومن الحل بسيط جدا. I would never have thought of it. وأود ان ابدأ من انه كان يعتقد. By placing the felt protector pads underneath the three other table legs (on top of the existing felt protector pads that are already there) it levels the table nicely. من خلال وضع ورأى حامي منصات تحت الأرجل الثلاث الاخرى الجدول) على رأس القائمة ورأى حامي منصات التي هي بالفعل هناك (ومستويات الجدول بشكل رائع.

Sometimes the simplest solution is the best. في بعض الاحيان وأبسط الحلول هو افضل. I like simple solutions. احب حلول بسيطة.
