We ended yesterday’s لقد انهينا الأمس Part 19 الجزء 19 receiving a phone call from the Arelene at the retail store followed immediately by another phone call from Amy from Head Office about our replacement front door installation issues and how we told them of our web site and series of articles about all our home renovation experiences, including the front door. تلقى مكالمه هاتفية من arelene البيع بالتجزءه فى متجر اخر يليه مباشرة مكالمه هاتفية من امي من المكتب الرئيسي حول استبدال الباب الامامي وكيفية تركيب وقلنا لهم من موقعنا على شبكة الانترنت وسلسلة من المقالات عن جميع بيتنا تجديد الخبرات ، بما في الباب الأمامي.

We closed by telling you that you would not believe what happened and what we were told in the next 4 hours. مغلقة من قبل ونحن نقول لكم انكم لن تصدق ما جرى وقيل لنا في القادم 4 ساعات. Strap on your helmet because here we go. مازح على الخوذه الخاصة بك هنا لان نذهب.

Amy ended off our conversation that she would forward our web site, and particularly the URL of the article containing the pictures of the fibre tear to the door manufacturer and we should be hearing directly from the door manufacturer within the next 24 hours. انتهت امي من حديثنا انها ستحيل موقعنا على شبكة الانترنت ، وخصوصا موقع من مادة تحتوي على صور للألياف المسيل للدموع على باب المصنع ، ونحن ينبغي ان تكون جلسة الاستماع مباشرة من باب الصانع غضون ال 24 ساعة القادمة.

Within an hour, the phone rings again. في غضون ساعة ، وحلقات الهاتف مرة اخرى. It’s Brent from the door manufacturer. برنت انه من باب المصنع. He has been to our web site and seen the picture. وقال انه تم لموقعنا على شبكة الانترنت والنظر إلى الصورة. So had his boss and his VP of sales. حتى كان مقر رئيس ونائب الرئيس للمبيعات بلده. None of them had ever seen this ‘fibre tear’ before. ان ايا منهم لم ينظر إلى هذا على الاطلاق 'الألياف المسيل للدموع' من قبل. He said that he lived in the same town as us and was going to visit his parents that evening who it ended up lived the other side of the ravine that our house backed onto. وقال انه عاش في المدينة نفسها كما كانت لنا والذهاب لزيارة والديه فى ذلك المساء انه انتهى من يعيشون في الجانب الاخر من الوادي ان تدعمها على بيتنا.

He also said something that gave me uncomfortable shivers. وقال ايضا ان اعطاني شيئا غير مريحه الرعشات. He said that today was the first time they (the door manufacturer) had been notified that there was a problem with our door ! وقال ان اليوم كانت تلك هي المرة الاولى انهم (باب الشركة المصنعه) قد اخطرت ان هناك مشكلة مع أبوابنا! This, a full 2 weeks after Amy from the big box building supply retailer had told us she had contacted the door manufacturer and at least 6 weeks after we had signed the paper work from Dave about the defective glass in our front door هذا ، كامل 2 امي بعد اسابيع من العرض بناء مربع كبير قد قال لنا بائع وقالت انها اجرت اتصالات مع الصانع والباب 6 اسابيع على الاقل بعد ان نكون قد وقعت على ورقة عمل من ديف عن عيوب في زجاج الباب الامامي

( You remember Dave , the sub-contractor of the contractor construction company who had been hired by the big box building supply retailer to install our replacement front door…confused? welcome to our world! (هل تتذكرون ديف ، المقاول من الباطن من شركات البناء من المقاول قد استخدم المربع الكبير وبناء العرض الى البائع لدينا تركيب استبدال الباب الامامي الخلط…؟ مرحبا بكم في العالم! تذكر ، وهذا جزء من المواد 20 حول استبدال الباب الأمامي).

But, that’s not all. ولكن ذلك ليس كل شيء.

When Brent came over (after he had finished work) he again repeated that today was the first they had heard (when I asked him to be clear that I had understood him the first time). وعندما اقترب برنت) بعد ان كان قد انتهى العمل) وقال انه كرر مرة أخرى ان اليوم هو اول انهم لم يسمعوا (عندما طلب منه ان يكون واضحا ان كنت قد يفهم منه أول مرة). And as he examined the door with me he questioned me on the metal sill at the bottom of the door frame and why it was installed the way it was, protruding a little over the brick work. وكما درس الباب معي وتساءل لي على عتبة المعدنية في أسفل الباب الاطار ولماذا كان تركيب الطريقة التي كانت ، اكثر بقليل من الابراز لبنة العمل. He said that the installation could cause water problems in a few year. وقال ان تركيب يمكن ان تتسبب في مشاكل المياه في عدد قليل من السنة. I told him I have no idea , I didnt’ install the door (I knew he knew…….it was just two guys talking about home renovation stuff). قلت له ليس لدي فكرة ، انا didn't 'تركيب باب (وكنت اعرف انه لا يعلم……. كأن مجرد الحديث عن اثنين من رجال الصفحه الرئيسية تجديد الاشياء).

He then examined the door within the frame and indicated usually there is a little more space between the door frame and the side of the door that the hinges are on. ثم درست ، ضمن اطار الباب ، وأشارت الى ان هناك عادة قليلا من المسافة بين الباب والاطار بجانب الباب هي ان يتوقف.

He then indicated that there appeared to be a little too much space between the top of the door and the upper door frame. ثم اشارت الى انه يبدو ان هناك القليل كثيرا الفضاءيه بين اعلى الباب والاطار العلوي من الباب.

We went back outside and he showed some other items that concerned him. ونحن في الخارج وعاد وقال انه اظهر بعض البنود الاخرى التي تقلقه.

He asked if it was OK if he got a hold of his company’s own installer to come out and take a look. وسأل اذا كان طيب وقال انه اذا حصلت على عقد من الشركة الخاصة المثبت على الخروج والقاء نظرة. He was concerned that the entire door frame might (he said might….not for sure or anything like that) have to be completely removed and a brand new door frame and side lights and door be installed in it’s place. أعرب عن قلقه من ان الاطار قد بأسره الباب) وقال : قد…. متأكد او لا لشيء كهذا) ويتعين ازالتها بالكامل وجديد وإطار الباب الجانب الاضواء ويتم تركيب الباب وهو في مكان.

I need a hug . انا بحاجة الى حضنه. Mike Holmes of Holmes-on-Homes, where the heck are ya? مايك هولمز من هولمز - على المنازل ، حيث هي يا هيك؟

Unbelievable. ما لا يصدق. And, this was after the big box building supply retailer’s own service manager had come out to our house on the same afternoon of Dave’s last, about 6 weeks ago. و، وكان ذلك بعد العرض الكبير بائع بناء الاطار نفسه مدير الخدمات قد خرجوا الى بيتنا على نفسه بعد ظهر ديف الاخيرة ، حوالي 6 اسابيع.
