Amy R. is the 4th customer service representative of the big box building supply retailer with whom we have been trying to work to have the installation of our replacement front door completed. أمي ر هو مندوب خدمة العملاء في الرابع من مبنى كبير مربع من العرض مع البائع ولقد حاولنا ان يكون العمل من تركيب استبدال الباب الأمامي. It is now more than 6 months since we first went to the retailer to order our new front door. ومن الان اكثر من 6 اشهر ونحن منذ اول ذهبت الى بائع النظام الجديد الى الباب الأمامي.

Have we wanted too late before calling in the lawyers to take legal action? لقد اردنا قبل ان يفوت الاوان في دعوة المحامين الى اتخاذ الاجراءات القانونية؟ Should we have contacted our local television stations to tell them of our story? وينبغي أن لدينا اتصالات مع محطات التلفزيون المحلية ونحن نقول لهم من القصة؟ We begin to wonder. نبدأ على التساؤل.

As mentioned in Part 16, Dennis advised us on March 14th, a Friday, that someone would be taking over our situation. وكما ذكر في الجزء 16 ، دينيس ابلغنا الرابع عشر من آذار ، يوم الجمعة ، ان احدهم ستتوليان حالتنا.
