Now that we are ready to paint the inside of the replacement exterior door, the first thing we do is to gently rough up the primer paint which was applied at the factory. والآن ونحن على استعداد لطلاء الداخل من باب استبدال الخارج ، فان اول ما ينبغي علينا ان نفعله هو ان يصل بلطف الخام الشعيله الطلاء التي كانت تطبق في المصنع. The reason for this is to provide something for the primer to adhere when it is applied against the very smooth surface of the factory primer. والسبب في ذلك هو ان تقدم شيئا لالشعيله على التقيد عند تطبيقه بشكل سلس جدا ضد سطح المصنع اولية.

Use a very ’shallow’ grade of sand paper and apply gently. استخدام جدا 'ضحل' الصف من الرمل ورقة وتطبيق بلطف. You don’t want to make such deep cuts that they will show even after once the primer and paint is applied. كنت لا تريد لمثل هذه التخفيضات العميقه من أنها لن تظهر مرة واحدة حتى بعد الشعيله والدهان ويطبق.

Next, we applied to the door, base boards and crown molding around the door frame the same primer paint we used elsewhere in the house. وبعد ذلك ، ونحن ينطبق على الباب ، والمجالس قاعدة التاج الى نحت نحو الباب الاطار نفسه اولية ونحن الطلاء المستخدمة في اماكن اخرى فى المنزل.

This was followed with not one but two coats of the same trim paint again used on the other base boards and doors within the house. واعقب ذلك مع اثنين ولكن لا احد المعاطف من نفس تقليم الطلاء يستخدم مرة اخرى على قاعدة والمجالس وغيرها من الابواب داخل المنزل. After I applied the first coat of paint, it looked like many parts of the door did not need a second coat at all. وبعد ان طبقت اول معطف الطلاء ، وهي تبدو كأنها اجزاء كثيرة من باب لم يكن في حاجة الى معطف الثانية على الاطلاق. However, I remember the numerous examples on many of our interior doors which had only one coat of paint applied and it did not take us long to notice insufficient paint. ومع ذلك ، وانا اذكر امثلة عديدة على العديد من الابواب الداخلية التي كانت واحدة فقط من معطف الطلاء ويطبق لانه لم يأخذ منا وقتا طويلا مهلة كافية الطلاء. So, we tend to go with one primer coat and two coast of paint as a general rule. ذلك ، فاننا نميل الى الذهاب مع احد واثنين اولية معطف الطلاء ساحل كقاعده عامة.

Once this was done, we then removed the green painters tape. وقد تم ذلك مرة واحدة ، ونحن بعد ذلك ازالة الشريط الأخضر الرسامين. Yes, we did use a utility knife to help reduce the pealing of the paint off of the plastic frames, but we think it is noticeable all the same. نعم ، نحن لم المنفعه استخدام السكين للمساعدة على الحد من التدويه الطلاء من البلاستيك من الأطر ، لكننا نعتبر ان جميع ومن الملاحظ نفسه. The rest of the door looks really good, as shown by the picture below: بقية الباب تبدو جيدة حقا ، كما تبين الصورة ادناه :

Lastly, if you recall we were waiting until March 12th when we had the next scheduled appointment from the big box building supply retailer to come back yet again and deal with the unfinished door installation. واخيرا ، اذا كنت اذكر اننا كنا ننتظر حتى آذار / مارس عندما كنا في الثاني عشر المقرر القادم تعيين كبير من بناء مربع العرض بائع ليعود مرة أخرى والتعامل مع تركيب الباب الذي لم يكتمل. Well, March 12th came and went with no appearance by  the retailer’s installer or customer service manager, both of whom we were told by Paul of the installation company. وأيضا ، آذار / مارس 12th جاء وذهب مع اي مظهر من جانب البائع او المثبت للمدير خدمات العملاء ، وكلاهما قيل لنا من قبل بول من تركيب شركة. Neither appeared……no phone call….nothing. لا يبدو……… أي مكالمه هاتفية. شيئا.
