April 1, 2008 marked the first anniversary of the ecoENERGY Retrofit program, administered by the Office of Energy Efficiency within Natural Resources Canada. 1 نيسان / ابريل 2008 شهد الذكرى السنويه الاولى للبرنامج ecoenergy التعديل التحديثي ، الذي يديره مكتب كفاءه الطاقة في حدود الموارد الطبيعيه في كندا.

This program provides financial incentives to help motivate Canadian home owners (and owners of non-residential buildings in Canada) to reduce their consumption of non-renewable resources in their homes through a variety of simple to complex home renovation activities. هذا البرنامج يوفر حوافز مالية للمساعدة على تحفيز اصحاب المنزل الكندي (وأصحاب المباني غير السكنيه في كندا) للحد من استهلاك الموارد غير المتجدده في منازلهم من خلال مجموعة متنوعة من البسيط الى المعقد تجديد الانشطه الرئيسية.

So, how is the program progressing? ذلك ، كيف تقدم هذا البرنامج؟ Are Canadian home owners participating? هم اصحاب المشاركة الكنديه الرئيسية؟ What are the most common types of energy conservation related home improvements Canadian home owners undertaking? ما هي الاكثر شيوعا من انواع حفظ الطاقة ذات الصلة التحسينات المنزلية الكندي تعهد اصحاب المنزل؟ And, most importantly, is this program making a significant difference  to reducing the the consumption of non-renewable resources in Canadian homes? والأهم من ذلك ، هو هذا البرنامج فرقا ملحوظا فى خفض استهلاك الموارد غير المتجدده في المنازل الكنديه؟

Now, lets look at the results from the first full year of the program (April 1, 2007 to March 31, 2008).  We are sincerely appreciative of the Office of Energy Efficiency within Natural Resources Canada for not only providing the following information but providing this so quickly. والان ، يتيح القاء نظرة على النتائج من اول سنة كاملة من البرنامج (1 نيسان / ابريل 2007 الى اذار / مارس 31 ، 2008). ونحن مع خالص التقدير للمكتب كفاءه الطاقة في حدود الموارد الطبيعيه في كندا ليس فقط لتوفير المعلومات التالية ولكن تقديم هذا بهذه السرعه.

• 9,991,450 - Estimated Low-Rise House Build Prior to 2000 in Canada 9991450 -- المقدرة المنخفضه الارتفاع بناء البيت قبل عام 2000 في كندا
• 102,845 - Number of Initial (or ‘D’) Energy Efficiency Evaluations 102845 -- عدد من الاولى (او 'د') كفاءه الطاقة التقييمات
• 17,653 - Number of Follow-up (or ‘E’) Energy Efficiency Evaluations* 17653 -- عدد من متابعة (او 'ه' (* تقييم كفاءه استخدام الطاقة
• $17,528,000 - Total Value of Program Incentives 17.528.000 دولار -- القيمه الاجماليه للبرنامج حوافز
• 59,184 - CO2 Savings (Tons Per Year) 59.184 -- وفورات ثاني أكسيد الكربون (ألف طن في السنة)

*Home owners have 18 months from the date of the initial or ‘D’ energy efficiency evaluation (ie energy audit) by a prescribed / accredited organization to have the same organization return and conduct the follow-up or ‘E’ energy efficiency evaluation which determines the extent of the energy conservation measures undertaken in the home.  The results from the ‘E’ energy efficiency evaluation are used to determine which, if any, grants the home owners will receive. * الصفحه الرئيسية الملاك 18 اشهر من تاريخ الاولى او 'د' تقييم كفاءه استخدام الطاقة (اي طاقة مراجعة الحسابات) من قبل الموصوف / المعتمدين منظمة ان يكون لها نفس المنظمه واعادة اجراء متابعة او 'ه' تقييم كفاءه استخدام الطاقة التي ويحدد مدى من التدابير المتخذة لحفظ الطاقة في المنزل. النتائج من 'ه' تقييم كفاءه استخدام الطاقة وتستخدم لتحديد أي ، إن وجدت ، ويمنح اصحاب المنزل سوف تتلقى.

Think about the above numbers. التفكير في الاعداد المذكورة اعلاه. Almost 18,000 Canadian homes having completed both energy efficiency evaluations. ما يقرب من 18000 الكنديه المنازل وبعد الانتهاء من عمليات تقييم كفاءه استخدام الطاقة على حد سواء. That is more homes than in some large towns. وهذا هو أكثر من المنازل في بعض المدن الكبيرة.

More than $17.5 million of grants to be paid by the Canadian Federal Government under the ecoENERGY Retrofit program after the first year alone. اكثر من 17،5 مليون دولار من المنح التي يجب ان تدفعها الحكومة الاتحادية الكنديه في اطار برنامج التعديل التحديثي ecoenergy بعد السنة الأولى وحدها. And, many Provinces are also participating to the same or similar extent. This means that home owners who have completed the ‘E’ energy efficiency evaluation really could be receiving not just $17.5 million but upwards of $35 million (Federal and Provincial ecoENERGY Retrofit grant payments combined). والعديد من المقاطعات تشارك ايضا الى حد ذاته أو ما شابه ذلك. وهذا يعني ان الصفحه الاولى من اصحاب انتهت 'ه' تقييم كفاءه استخدام الطاقة يمكن ان يكون حقا وليس مجرد الحصول على مبلغ 17،5 مليون دولار ولكن صعودا من 35 مليون دولار (الاتحادية والاقليمية ecoenergy التعديل التحديثي للمنح مجتمعة).

Do you want more numbers? هل تريد المزيد من الأرقام؟ How about an increase in the average EnerGuide rating for homes completing the ‘E’ energy efficiency evaluation from 60 (from the ‘D’ evaluation) to 70 (from the ‘E’ evaluation). ماذا عن زيادة في متوسط energuide تصنيف المنازل لاستكمال 'ه' تقييم كفاءه استخدام الطاقة من 60 (من 'د' التقييم) الى 70 (من 'ه' التقييم).
