The laundry room is situated with the door to the garage at one end and the door to the main hall at the other. The result is a laundry room in total darkness if one arrives home after the sun has gone down and enters the house through the door from the garage to the laundry room until we go over to the door to the main hall and use the wall switch to turn on the ceiling light. Well, I really don’t feel like breaking and repair drywall on the ceiling to run a line from the ceiling light as well as break and repair drywall to continue that line down the wall next to the door to the garage in order to install a wall switch for the ceiling light.
