So, what is the Daily Home Renovation Tips site all about?

Our family is currently undergoing a major home renovation. We’ve experienced many of the highs and lows that other home renovators experience. We we are not professional contractors. We are just average people like you who did not have any experience with home renovation beyond watching TV shows.

We had a need to purchase a certain type of house; after years of looking we could not find one which met our personal needs within our budget.

So, we finally found one with which we could work. One problem…….and tell us if this sounds familiar at all ……it needed a lot of work. How much work? Let’s just say that after 4 months our renovation continues!

Our plan for this site is to add a tip based on our own personal experience with may be useful to others. Some days, it will be a tip on the financial aspect of a home renovation; other days the tip might be relating to the emotional aspect; or it might relate to certain products we personally used and found useful or not; or relating to managing the project; or, …..well we hope you see our intentions by now. The tips will be on any and all aspects of home renovation.

We hope that you find these tips useful for any of you about to start or in the process of a home renovation.! Soon, we’ll expand this site to have you to contribute yours as well; after all, we are not the only people in the world to have ever undertaken a home renovation. Eventually we will group the tips into different categories so you can more easily locate and review related tips.
